Standard call out charge is €80.00 + Vat

*Core hours Monday - Friday 8.30am-6.00pm.

Saturdays 8.30am-2.00pm 

                                  *Hours subject to customer’s needs, can operate outside these hours if required.

Our engineers have a vast experience working on a huge range of machine such as
Gaggia,  Rancilio,  Cimbali,  Brasilia,  Carimali,  Elektra,  Astoria,
Saeco,  Futurmat,  Orbita,  Jura,  Marco,  Conti,
Lavazza,  Krups,  Faema  and many more.

Service is available on all traditional style Grinders, Bulk Brewers and Water Boilers.

We know the business from the inside and back to front. We understand how the machines work and what needs to be done... and more importantly what doest need to be done!
  • We offer a service that  has 6-day (7 days if Gold Service package) nationwide coverage, throughout Ireland, and we offer same-day/next-day service response. The speed of our response is dependent on the time of the day the call is logged with us, and the severity of emergency involved. We aim to have an engineer on site same day. We also have an after an after-hours telephone helpline to deal with any queries or offer assistance to get you up and running. This service is provided free and we endeavour to help you to avoid the cost of a call out.

Please note payment is due on date of call out/completion of repairs.

Payment can be made by Cheque /Cash  or Bank Transfer.
